In case the reason for the return should not be related to a malfunction/defect of the product but rather to an afterthought/error of the measure chosen, the return costs are at the buyer's expense he/she can then choose the shipping method he/she prefers. 

The refund will exclude the cost of production time + 20% restocking fee. It will be managed in the shortest time and will occur in any case within thirty days from the delivery date of the returned item.
